Meet Sonja's Stylist : Jared Martell

When Sonja has an event to go to she asks one of her stylists to help! Jared Martell was the stylist for Sonja's NYFW Show. We got a chance to talk to him and he gave us an inside scoop. Check out what he had to say below!

How would you describe Sonja's style?

I would describe Sonja’s style as comfortable when necessary and elegant when needed. She is truly versatile. 

How was it being the stylist of Sonja’s NYC Fashion show? What were some of your favorite moments?

Styling Sonja’s show was fabulous. From the casting of the girls to creating the looks that went down the runway it was so much fun. My favorite moment was when Sonja face-timed me and asked me to join her team. We had great conversation (as usual) and I’m always excited to work with her because she is incredibly high energy. She uplifts people naturally. My favorite look from the show was the black satin with elongated bow. It was not only elegant but very luxurious looking. The perfect addition of femininity with the bow detailing without it being over the top. 

What trend are you loving right now?

What trends do you want to see disappear?

I wish Vans would disappear. Please do not wear them if you aren’t a skater. 

What is your favorite item in your closet?

If you could choose a celebrity closet to shop in, who’s would it be and why? 

If I could shop in any celebrities closet it would be Kylie Jenner.

What is a staple that everyone should have in their closet?
