Most items ship between 2-5 business days after your purchase and are recieved between 3-10 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We use USPS First Class and Priority shipping to ensure once you package is in transit it arrives to you quickly. Due to seasonal high volume periods, your package may be delayed between 10-20 days. We will contact you if your package is later then our normal delivery times.
We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges for unworn items in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your item. Please click here to start a return or exchange. If you prefer to be credited back to your original payment, please note there is a $10 shipping & handling fee to cover the cost of return shipping and restocking. There is no fee for store credit or exchanges for the same item. If you'd like to exchange for a different item you will receive a $10 bonus credit in addition to your order credit. For all returns over $500 an additional $25 handing fee will be deducted from your order. Please note, items with make up stains will not be credited.
Please start a return or exchange through our returns portal and we will generate a shipping label you can use to send us back your items. If you've received a damaged item, please send us photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label and replace the item or credit you back to your original payment.
Please note, it can take up to 10 days to receive your refund notification once your item is sent back to us and additional 2-10 days for the funds to be deposited back to your original form of payment.
Yes, please use our Returns Portal to start your return. Please note return labels are not provided for International returns. You can choose to receive a refund or store credit. To exchange for another size or item, please place a new order.
